Terms of use

These terms govern Cuantia, operated by Alberto Isaac Romo Aguayo under the trade name Cuantia Finanzas. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms and the Privacy Notice.

The service

Cuantia helps you record, organize, and analyze personal financial information. It is not a bank, does not connect to or operate bank accounts, does not move money, and does not provide accounting, tax, legal, investment, or credit advice. Indicators, suggestions, and forecasts depend on the data entered.

Your account and content

You must provide accurate information, secure access to your device, and review movements before confirmation. You retain ownership of your content and authorize us to process it only to provide requested features. Do not upload unlawful content, content you do not control, or material designed to compromise the service.

AI Agent PRO

AI responses may be incorrect. Cuantia calculates displayed financial figures on the server, but you must review every proposal before confirmation. Sensitive actions require a preview and explicit confirmation. AI is not a substitute for a qualified professional.

Subscriptions

Cuantia PRO is sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Price, term, available trial, and renewal are shown before purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled under Apple’s terms. Manage it in Apple Subscriptions. Deleting your Cuantia account does not automatically cancel an Apple-managed subscription.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not access other accounts, evade limits, automate abuse, reverse engineer, disrupt security, or use Cuantia unlawfully. We may restrict access to protect users, infrastructure, or comply with law. Maintenance, third-party failures, and interruptions can occur. To the extent allowed by law, Cuantia is not liable for financial decisions based solely on estimates, incomplete data, or AI output; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Ending use, changes, and contact

You may stop using Cuantia and delete your account in Settings. We may update these terms for legal or functional changes and will communicate material changes when appropriate. Contact hola@cuantia-app.com. Mexican law applies without limiting mandatory protections in your place of residence.

Apple’s Standard EULA also applies where relevant.
